In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we make sure to limit data collection to what is strictly necessary:
- Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email is collected and processed by our partner Brevo (Sendinblue). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.
- Contact form: Your data is transmitted via Web3Forms and used only to get back to you. It is never resold.
- Free trial & subscription requests: When you start a free trial or request a subscription, the details you provide (name, email, phone, organisation) are transmitted via Web3Forms and kept only to manage your access and get back to you. They are never resold.
- Payment: Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure page and never pass through our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Analytics: We use Umami, a privacy-respecting open-source analytics tool that places no cross-site tracking cookies and anonymizes your IP address.

The integration of third-party tools (such as the Calendly appointment-booking widget) may result in technical and analytical cookies being placed on your browser. You can accept or refuse these cookies via the banner that appears on your first visit.
